Tuesdays at 10:30 am -- Color Our World Summer Library Program
Join us Tuesday mornings in June and July (except July 1st) with a different local community artist to learn and explore the many facets of art!
- June 3rd - Join us in welcoming special guest and artist, Natalie Campbell as we create the food truck of our dreams and then have the opportunity to explore a REAL food truck! Thank you to Community First Bank for sponsoring the scoops and Vesperman Farms for letting us explore your truck!
- June 10th - Join us as we welcome artist Heidi Dyas McBeth, curator at the Roundtree Gallery. We’ll be exploring the art of Ruth Asawa and creating tiny origami books!
- June 17th - Join us as we meet at Morningside Assisted Living to create some instruments with the residents, and learn how to play with the Prairie du Chien Drum Circle.
- June 24th - Join us as we welcome artist and teacher, Julie Zenz as she gives us an art lesson and teaches us fun ways to self portrait!
- July 1st - No Program
- July 8th - Join us as we welcome artist and teacher, Patty Francis as she teaches us about Zen tangles and using henna.
- July 15th - Join us as we welcome artist and teacher, Mari Schneider as she teaches us how to create some cute and cuddly yarn critters.
- July 22nd - Join us as we welcome teacher, Linda Lucke as she teaches us about the history of quilts and helps us create a quilt square of our own.
- July 29th - We will welcome teacher and artist Mike Kabele as we have fun creating some unusual flying fish!
