This presentation by the WI Bureau of Consumer Protection will focus on the responsibilities of both landlords and tenants and how they can help make tenancy a positive experience for each other. Along with the presentation, DATCP will also provide two resources for attendees to take home; DATCP’s landlord - tenant guide and a tenants’ rights and responsibilities pamphlet.
