Purpose of Meeting
I'm bringing in a Gotta Dance representative(s) at 5pm to provide free "big band" style dance instruction prior to the 6pm Summer Nights concert. It will be open to the general public. I'm uncertain if we'll need AV hookup for music. As far as set up, I'll just need to room cleared. Please, let me know how all that works and what else you may need from me. Thanks, Ashleigh
