Tuesday, August 5th, 6:30 pm -- Schreiner Travel Series: Ecuador
Ecuador, which gets its name from the equator, is a small nation located in South America. The Amazon rainforest, Andes mountains, Pacific coast, and Galapagos are all found here, making it the most biodiverse per square meter country in the world. Lancaster graduate Janet Noel (née Yearous) has lived in Quito, Ecuador’s capital city, for over two years. She will be presenting about this beautiful nation as part of the Schreiner Library’s travel series.
