Purpose of Meeting
Registration guarantees your spot, but walk-ins are welcome. A memory screen is a free wellness tool that helps identify possible changes in memory and cognition. These screens are not diagnostic but may serve as a baseline for your memory and cognition at that point in time. After the screen is complete, the Dementia Care Specialist will review your results with you and discuss options for your next steps.
